Not multiplayer (I think) but really good, especially if you like puzzles: Tunic, Toem, Chants of Sennar, Monaco
I haven't played Ratchet & Clank in ages. Those games were so much fun
Beyond Good and Evil was remastered a couple years ago. It's one of my favorite PS2 games

It might be wise to buy one of those inexpensive plastic-pelletizing-and-extruding machines from AliExpress, where you can feed in plastic soda bottles (PET) or various other plastics and make your own filament.
@cazabon There are people spending a fortune on trying to make their own filament. Don't bother. It's cheap enough. You can get a kilogram of decent filament for $10 or $12 bucks. Not worth screwing around.

I'm looking for casual games with local and/or remote multiplayer for Steamdeck or PS5.
I also like retro-style 2D and 3D platformers, and I really loved the Ratchet and Clank series.
I'm not good at video games, but I have been playing them with my brother and my wife, and would like to continue to do so.
Small studios preferred. Itch games also good!

In reality, by the bilingual Poles, mostly. Were the translations accurate? It's hard for me to say – I can read the original and I can also pick up on the subtext because I grew up behind the Iron Curtain.
@ohir It of course is all the brilliant word plays and such that I have trouble imagining how the translations from Polish (which I can't read of course) were managed.
I love the MMO holly trinity but would love to see a return of the old EQ Crowd Control role in a modern MMO.

Practising this for over five years now. Established DNS-based digital self-defence on my home network by extensive adblocking and physically banning Google and other major TechBro enshittification actors.
It works. For more info, look up Pi-hole or similar technology. There is no right to surveillance capitalism, so you are entitled to digital self-defence. You OWN your end of the Internet connection.
@dazzr Not a practical solution for the world at large, only for extremely dedicated and single-minded techies.
